The "Fine Print"

  • Check-In Time is 3:00 p.m. EST

  • Check-Out Time is 11:00 a.m. EST

  • Please let us know if you wish to arrive early (or stay late on the beach!), and if at all possible, we will arrange for you to have early check-in and/or late check-out.

  • Occupancy: No more than five (5) persons will be permitted to stay overnight.

  • Taxes: Florida state tax, plus Lee County lodging tax, will be added to nightly rates, above.

  • Deposit Policy: We require a deposit consisting of one (1) night's rental in order to secure your booking. If the booking is canceled, deposits will be refunded in accordance with the Cancellation Policy, below.

  • Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is quite flexible. At a minimum, we provide a full refund for cancellations at least 30 days prior to arrival, a 50% refund for cancellations 15-30 days prior to arrival, and no refund for cancellations less than 15 days prior to arrival, unless alternate arrangements are made. If a guest lets us know as soon as possible, we will do our best to give them additional leeway.

  • Smoking is not permitted in B-2.

  • Pets are not permitted, in accordance with Condominium Association rules.
