The "Fine Print"
Check-In Time is 3:00 p.m. EST
Check-Out Time is 11:00 a.m. EST
Please let us know if you wish to arrive early (or stay late on the beach!), and if at all possible, we will arrange for you to have early check-in and/or late check-out.
Occupancy: No more than five (5) persons will be permitted to stay overnight.
Taxes: Florida state tax, plus Lee County lodging tax, will be added to nightly rates, above.
Deposit Policy: We require a deposit consisting of one (1) night's rental in order to secure your booking. If the booking is canceled, deposits will be refunded in accordance with the Cancellation Policy, below.
Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is quite flexible. At a minimum, we provide a full refund for cancellations at least 30 days prior to arrival, a 50% refund for cancellations 15-30 days prior to arrival, and no refund for cancellations less than 15 days prior to arrival, unless alternate arrangements are made. If a guest lets us know as soon as possible, we will do our best to give them additional leeway.
Smoking is not permitted in B-2.
Pets are not permitted, in accordance with Condominium Association rules.
