Our building is elevator-equipped, for easy transport of beach gear, parcels and people. (You’ll find beach chairs, umbrellas and beach gear in our laundry room.) Private beach-access path to the Gulf of Mexico (just over 100 yards away).
Play board games or puzzles on the dining room table. Use the Technistone breakfast-bar as a wire- or WiFi-connected laptop/tablet-workstation. Curl up with a book from our "lending library." Watch a DVD-movie from our collection, or rent one nearby.
