Breakers West is a small (18-unit) condominium complex in a quiet residential neighborhood on Sanibel, a neotropical island located about 14 miles off the coast of SW Florida, in the warm, jade-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico.  A scenic Causeway (3 miles long) links Sanibel to mainland Fort Myers, in between Sarasota and Naples.

Breakers West is situated mid-island, on the Gulf side of West Gulf Drive, perpendicular to, and just over 100 yards from, our private Gulf beach.  Our lanai overlooks lush lawns and landscaping.  Sanibel's 25 miles of bike-hike, shared-use paths run past our building, along the opposite site of West Gulf Drive.  Attractions, restaurants and shops are just minutes away.
